The subtitle of this book is a perfect descriptor, Welshons has given us a superb guide to healing *all* of our relationships. This includes our relationships with the planet, with the community around us, as well our interpersonal realtionships.
Relationships are difficult. The open us to insights we would not otherwise see, they require that we rise above our natural self-centeredness and include another in our thoughts, our heart, our lives. All relationships are opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. They give us the opportunity to understand what we would otherwise turn away from.
One Soul, One Love, One Heart reminds me of another book with a simialr (more focused) message: Thank You for Being Such a Pain: Spiritual Guidance for Dealing with Difficult People (which I also recommend).
Nothing fluffy in this book -- it's all valuable.
If you admired Welshons previous works, Awakening from Grief and When Prayers Aren't Answered, you will absolutely enjoy One Soul, One Love, One Heart. If you don't know his work, there is a magnificent treat in store for you.
