Ritual Tools
As I said in the last Darbuki Kings review , do not be misled by the cheesy cover (or title) – this is high quality, well-produced, FUN music. (As a point of fact, the cover of LoS is the same as Doumtekastan, except that instead of a mountainous background we’ve got desert, and its brown, not blue. They are clearly making a point.)
This is another example of excellent world music. Perfect timing, complicated melodies weaving in and out of one another. I haven’t heard of many of the instruments listed, but I definitely liked how they sounded.
Highly recommended.
