One thing that I love about crystals, is how they can be used by so many people regardless of your belief systems. I don’t know of many people who don’t like crystals and gemstones is some form or fashion. I have a hard time leaving the house without an adornment of gemstone bracelets to help aid me through the day. I have been using crystals for many years and incorporated them into my everyday practices. One thing I have delved into lately has been Crystal Grids. What exactly is a Crystal Grid you may ask? Author Kiera Fogg explains, “A crystal grid comprises several crystals which are set in a geometric arrangement with a specific intention or outcome in mind”.

The author walks the reader through the process for setting up your crystal grid. The first step is setting your intention. Once you have focus on hat you want to set forth you can begin. There are all sorts of crystals and crystal shapes. Kiera Fogg helps you with selecting the right crystals, how to cleanse them, and getting your basics for your crystal tool kit.

The next important section covers the power of Geometry. Don’t worry you won’t need your calculator. We are looking at ‘Sacred Geometry’. Everything is derived from patterns that are perfectly symmetrical in divin harmony. Crystal gridwork works with these sacred patterns. The book covers 12 main grid formations from Seed of Life, Flower of Life, Vesica Piscis, Circle, Spiral, Triangle, Square, Cross, Star of David, Ashoka Chakra, Borromean Rings, and Tripod of Life.

The book provides a step-by step guide to build your own crystal grid. It guides you on where to place the stones, provides the pattern, how to personalize the grid, and how the pattern is best used. This great for those starting out with gridwork and helps with the basics for when you create your own.

The next part of the book has specific grids for specific intentions. This can be used over and again and is a great recipe book to have on your shelf to go back to. This is a great guide for setting up and working with crystal grids. For those who aren’t as familiar with crystals, there are many terrific books on the market to begin learning about them. I recommend finding a local crystal or metaphysical shop to check out the gemstones and crystals in person and feel their energy. It can open up an amazing journey of working with crystals and the natural energies they contain.
