The Naughty Oracle set has a fun retro look and feel that utilized that polka dot – comic book drawing style. The set includes 44 full color cards and the 128 page guidebook. The cards are fun and straight to the point. There is no mysterious tone that you interpret the meaning. This set tells it like it is in a practical easy to understand way. Some of the cards are raunchy and using strong language but that just adds to the fun. Sometimes we need someone to tell us what we need to know without a filter.
The cards are wonderfully illustrated in a comic book style with lighthearted messages to your questions. If you are easily offended these are not the cards for you. For the rest of us with a mischievous, and potential inappropriate sense of humor, these cards were made for you! The box the set is housed in is a sturdy cardboard to hold the cards and guidebook. The colors are bright and eye catching. The cards themselves are 5 inch by 3.5 inch. The cards are a nice thick cardstock with a glossy finish and shuffle really well.
Let’s talk about the illustrations! Several times as I was browsing and shuffling the cards, I stopped and found myself literally laughing out loud.
One of my favorite cards was “Shitting Rainbows Kind of Day” (Releasing Guilt). The depiction is a person literally on a toilet in the sky while rainbows are coming down. This set is so much fun while at the same time can be used to impart some much needed knowledge to depart on yourself or loved ones.
Chances are if you are reading this, you already have a bit of a naughty side and you should go NOW and add these cards to your arsenal of divination tools.
