How to Meditate with Crystals is an interesting and fun text on how to integrate crystals in your daily meditation practice.

Part one covers the basics. The chapters in this section cover things most experienced practitioners already know as well as provides a good foundation for those new to the Craft. Here, the seeker learns about meditation, what it is, how to do it, and how to increase one's personal vibration and frequency. There are discussions on how to connect with ascended masters, archangels, ancestors and more. Further, the seeker is introduced to secondary tools such as how to use Tibetan singing bowls, for example.

Part two discusses crystals; what crystals are, their frequencies and how to use them in meditation practices. It also includes instructions on how to care for one's crystals such as basic cleansing techniques using herbs as well as sunlight and moonlight. The author provides beautiful color illustrations as well as a detailed list of thirty three crystals that are useful in meditation practices. For example, if a practitioner wishes to generate abundance, use citrine and pyrite together during meditation.

Part three engages the seeker in numerous meditation practices. There are very short meditations designed to raise one's vibration and frequency, such as generating, breathing, sensing and visualization. Chapter eight is the heart of this section as it provides the seeker with thirty three different meditations designed for personal use. Each meditation is broken down to purpose of the practice, the crystal to use and the guided meditation and a gratitude closing.

Its a lovely book filled with positive energy and excellent advice and instructions on how to build and continue an effective contemplative practice. I loved the color plates and the meditations and as a Virgo, adored how everything was so easily organized for reference. There is also advice on journaling so the seeker can keep track of their practice. Highly recommended.
