Right off the bat -- this is a GORGEOUS journal.

The cover is hard, with a warm purple that invites you to pick it up, and then you discover the nearly-hidden Art Nouveau embossing that makes the journal feel luxurious. It opens nearly flat, making its use as a journal clear and comes with almost 2,000 (yes, you read that correctly) full color stickers.

I've barely had time to work with the Journal, but I'm loving it.

After a couple of introductory chapters for newcomers, answering questions like why keep a tarot journal, best practices for working with tarot, and tools for the journey (a good list of reference books, almost each one of which I strongly endorse), we move into the meat of the Journal with a variety of layouts, starting with One Card Draws. We then are given instructions, and pages, for Three Card Spreads, Four Card Spreads, The Celtic Cross Spread, The Ankh Spread, The Horseshoe Spread, and the Astrological Wheel Spread.

The last section of the Journal leaves room for you to add your own spreads, then a few pages of keywords to help jog your intuitive abilities.

It's logical and intuitive, and the stickers are a brilliant addition. Updated Rider-Waite images in glorious color and just the right size to make creating and tracking your spreads easy.

This would make an excellent gift for anyone interested in deepening their tarot practice, and I have to say that given the quality of the journal and stickers, at less than $20 it is a serious bargain that will delete the receiver. (Aren't you worth a little luxury as well?)
